A topographical detail survey includes the details about the location, height, depth, and size of a natural or manmade feature on a given land. It focuses on the elevation on the land.

Identification report is required at the time of property sale/ purchase. It helps in identifying encroachment if any. The resort will cover identification of property boundary, corners, nearby fences, buildings, sheds, etc.

In a boundary survey, the boundaries of a property are measured, mapped, and marked. Here, the old survey reports are also considered to check the boundaries. It is done when a person plans to construct on or sell an old land.

Redefinition survey is useful for updating property information when it is left for a long time. In such situations, the old markings get missing. Old marked boundaries are resurveyed and reconfirmed by the surveyors.

Strata title subdivision involves division of a land into two or more new strata lots. It is required in commercial offices, industrial, retail buildings, multi-dwelling housing, etc.

An easement is a section of land registered on a property title which offers the right to use the land for a specific purpose such as power lines, drainage, shared driveways. An easement survey involves showing equal access throughout the subdivision.

A Work As Executed Plan (WAE) is required by local council to ensure that the build conforms to the approved DA. It compares positions, locations, distances and heights to make sure the build has followed the approved design.

Native title determination is a decision by the High Court/ Federal Court/ Recognised body if a native title exists or does not exist for a particular land area or water. Native title is when a group of people declare their rights on a land/ water as per their traditional laws.
